Train With Ben

Get a new training program sent right to your email automatically every month with “Train With Ben”. This is a monthly subscription-based service for those of you who have some experience lifting weights. This is great because many experienced trainees like to have a structured program that gives you something to follow so you’re not just spinning your wheels. Each program is complete with exercise demo videos and an explanation of how to follow the program.

If you’re a beginner, you are encouraged to work with Ben in-person (or find a trainer/coach in your area) before diving into something like this.

With that being said, everyone who signs up for “Train With Ben” gets access to the Train With Ben private Facebook group. Here you can get your form checked on exercises by Ben, ask questions, interact with others following the program and get any feedback you might need about lifestyle and nutrition as well.

This IS NOT customized training. If you want custom training, Ben does offer that as well.

Nutrition coaching isn’t included but feel free to reach out to Ben, or fill out an online coaching application if nutrition is something you need some help with!
