  • Nutrition- This section will cover how to begin tracking macronutrients, foods to eat and avoid and general (and some advanced) nutrition tips.
  • Training- A 4-week intermediate training program (with mobility exercises to get your body primed to train) designed by me. Excellent for someone who needs a good program to follow or someone who wants to switch up their training from the typical “bro split”.
  • Recovery- Basic steps to ensure you are maximizing your time in the gym and properly recovering.
