I designed this e-book because I wanted to give out something of INCREDIBLE value for absolutely free. I decided to go with “Triangle” because it covers the three big rocks with fat loss, muscle gain and better performance: Nutrition, Training and Recovery.
- Nutrition- This section will cover how to begin tracking macronutrients, foods to eat and avoid and general (and some advanced) nutrition tips.
- Training- A 4-week intermediate training program (with mobility exercises to get your body primed to train) designed by me. Excellent for someone who needs a good program to follow or someone who wants to switch up their training from the typical “bro split”.
- Recovery- Basic steps to ensure you are maximizing your time in the gym and properly recovering.
